Divorce Under Special Marriage act and Muslim Law.

30-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My marriage (4 Years) is registered under special marriage law and my sisters as per Muslim law (5 Months). My sister is married to my wife's brother recently, Now we both siblings want to get separated, but they are threatening to drag my case long and dont want to release me easily, and want to end his marriage ASAP. The problems has been created from their sides and sending us talaqnama by tuesday. Suggest how to end both the cases in best interest of my family.

Hope three motions of 30 days each are completed ...because tripple talaq at one instance nikal halala has been decalred illegal by Supreme court.. If you are giving it you have to excersie the for,er option and than file for a decree means validation in the family court as per the law.

Not to much worry because sending talaknama is not sufficient for divorce. You have to fight for that. Secondly to understand better this case you need to call me so I can give you advice as per case.
