Divorce - Transferring case from Avinashi to Chennai

I have applied divorce in Avinashi sub court. I'm working in chennai and staying with my parents. My husband has my jewels and cash amount. stage of my case is counter. I need to file DVA as well. Because my husband just wants to drag the case and see all possible options for not giving back my jewels. I filed divorce case on August 2018. So if I transfer my case to chennai now, how long it will take? will it be treated as new case or all the work done in my old case will be captured. Lok Adalat is over

no madam after case transfer case will start continuely only not first . and you want change advocate mean you can change madam because that's your rights
