Divorce Summons from Wife in USA

Hi, I am Hindu and got married 4 years ago, no children. Me and my wife were not living in the same house for past 2 years in USA. Due to chronic illness I came back to India. Recently my has filed Divorce petition in NJ, USA and sent it to me in India. I am still not able to recover to my full health and My work visa expired. I cannot attend the court in USA. In the summons they mentioned that If I dont respond to them in 30 days, They will be dissolving our marriage in USA and seize my assets and charge me for her lawyers fee. I was wondering If they can arrest me or seize my bank accounts in India.

as I can read Ur problem which u have mentioned here is very much serious but there are ways s as per which you are able to save Ur money Ur property in India as well as Ur marriage will also not get dissolved. by the case in NJ you just have engage us and Ur over all problem will.get solved.
