Divorce suggestion is required before filling in the court

Hi
My sister got married but after marriage she got to know that his husband is not physically fit.He is not able to make physical relation due to some mental issues.In this case what type of divorce should we file kindly suggest
if it is within 1 year of marriage she can file for cancellation of a marriage itself. If 1 year had passed after the marriage she can file for divorce on the basis of his inability for Cohabitation.
