Divorce related issue after marriage

A man has proposed me for marriage but he is married and filed for divorce from his wife under 25 (3) under special marriage act .he is saying his wife is not in touch with him for long.
He is saying he will do social marriage but registry will do later after getting divorce.
His marriage registry 16 /08/2017

What is the probability he will be able to get divorce soon.
Until the man is divorced from his first wife he cannot marry if he does so he will be jailed under bigamy, i hope he is not seeking undue favours on basis of promise of marriage, many stories are framed to mislead woman and use them as doormat. Be very careful. Chances of his divorce is rare as his wife will seek alimony and case will go on

do not get married with that man untill he get divorce decree from court of law
secondly filing divorce doesn't mean he is divorcee. It's a probability of getting divorce. court may strike down his petition on ground if so found. and in that case you will be considered as mistress.
