Divorce Proceedings / Eviction suit / maintenance

09-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I've applied for divorce and the proceedings are going on. I believe till the time divorce is closed, husband need to take care of wife/child accommodation, food etc., but my wife is still working and earning around 40k per month. Should i still pay maintenance? If yes, what would be the amount.. btw wife is still staying in my parents home and not ready to leave.... how would i prove that wife is working? please suggest.... Property is registered in parents name, if they had to file eviction suit, how long the process will take? will there be any repercussions? does eviction notice ever been successful?

hi.
your parents can file eviction suit on their daughter in law, provided you(son) is not staying with them.
courts will not grant maintenance to working woman. so you need to prove that your wife is working by asking her to submit bank statements , IT returns etc.
for child, father has to provide maintenance till the children become major
