Hi, I got married on 22nd April 2014. Want to file divorce because my husband cheated me from day 1. I am staying separately from Jan 2019. Want to know the divorce procedure and if I get Alimony

Are your husband deserted to you due to cruaility upon you? or he is in relation with others whatever may be ,you didn't explained.hence contact with me alongwith all facts so as enable me to collect the grounds on which your case for divorce would be tenable?

Do you have children? Will your husband agree for a divorce? If yes then a Divorce by Mutual consent would be the best way to do it if the terms on which the Divorce is to happen are decided and agreed upon by both of you, and your divorce will be done in a timeframe of six months. In case if he doesn't agree on an amount acceptable to you then you don't have option other than filing a contested Divorce Petition.
