My nephew's wife refused to stay with him and does not contact him even when he has become extremely sick and hospitalised. nShe wanted him to leave his old father alone and stay separate near to her location !nnLast more than one and half years they are separate. Despite of many requests she never come back to stay with himIf he can file divorce case against her and without any alimony if he can get the divorce?

no without alimony divorces dont happen these days but there are other ways to trap them and a wife cannot refuse to stay with husbands parents and if she is saying she can be trapped over proper planning and cant leave sick husband too

alimony can be denied on few cases which includes if the spouse is in an adulterous relationship and is proved of having sexual relation outside the wedlock and also when she is proved to have abandoned the matrimonial home for no fault of the husband.
