Me and my wife reside at place say X, and wife belongs to place say Y, she is currently living with me. I want to file petition at place Y, will Y location court accept the petition despite me and my wife living at X place
Hi, the divorce petition can be filed at the current place where both couple are residing ...A wife can file divorce even at her matrimonial place or parental place ..Husband can file divorce petition where they have last cohabited together ..
