Divorce over behavior, physical offense, mental torture etc.

The wife in question (3 year of marriage, Hindu ) has shown aggressive behavior, has occasionally hit her husband and has caused mental torture by using offensive language, threatening to commit suicide etc.

you wife has 3 questions 3 years of marriage has shown agressive behaviour has occasionally hit her husband and has caused mental torture by using offensive langauge threating to commit suicide for that we need to discuss your case

you can file a divorce petition under Hindu marriage act on the ground of cruelty. but before filing the petition you have required some concreat and substantial evidence of cruelty to prove your ground of cruelty for the purpose of getting divorce. you can contact me through the administrator of this website for more information and guidance
