Divorce or not to divorce please suggest me , married on 2011

My family life started on 2011 since 11 years and we have one 4 years girl child, after demonitaisation in 2016 I lost all my money and properties, completely I have became zero in my life, because of this reason my wife left me and it's 4 years till know she is not ready to come back to live with me, when ever I ask her she will tell get settle in life then I will come like this answer she will give, if I ask with her family members they will also give same answer, my question is if any person losses in business in that situation his wife should leave him or live with him?

hello with this situation if you feel you have mental peace in future then you may not look for filing a divorce petition. if you are sure that this might repeat then you can think of filing a divorce petition. My personal opinion is that if a wife is not supportive of her husband in these situation then there is no love between the couple. so take a call and let me know we can take jy forward. thank you

A wife cannot leave her husband due to his loss of . earning or property. She will not get a divorce also on that ground. Not only that if a wife is well off by her own earnings a husband also can seek support from her in the same way a wife in such situation would.

Dear Sir, You may approach police and request them to warn your wife and join you for leading married life. Alternatively, you may get issue a legal notice under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and call her to join you by way of Restitution of Conjugal Rights. Thereafter file an application before the Court and get appropriate orders from the Court. You are having all rights against her and you can exercise independently also.
