Q: Prank done by one of my friend

One of my friend got the covid test done recently. He was in contact with me. His report was actually negative. He edited the report received through message and made the report positive and sent the screenshot. Then later he confessed that it was a prank done by him. Isn't this incorrect legally? what should I do?

Have fun with them, after knowing that it is a prank you don't have to resort to go legally about this and make a huge scene. grow up and have some fun apart from that don't try to spoil their life by heeding to some random people who might instigate you in filing a complaint and those stuff.

MsX - owner of the propertyMs.Y - grand daughter of owner (minor)(late mom is d/o owner)Mr.Z - son of owner* In 2007, we (X,Y,Z) had given GPA to mr.A* ms.X has signed as guardian to minor ms.Y (dad is alive)* He didn't use the the power of GPA till 2020*But Mr.A allowed to build houses without documents + 5 sites were empty**EC, pahani is all in ms.X name*In 2012, mr.Z died**House owners requested us to help to get legal docs*X and Y cancelled GPA at sub registrar without notice**On jul 22, 2021 , we registered the sketched sites to house owners as sale deed + 5 empty sites were registered as relinquished deed to ms.Y and mr.C (husband of X)*Mr.A came to knew about the cancellation of GPA and then **25th jul , mr.X given false complaint abt the GPA cancellation.So, mr.X already knows abt cancellation.*On 30 jul,2021 he registered the GPA to himself**On 2nd aug, 2021, he had given agreement to mr.B

Q: How court estimate the value of the inherited non-movable property?

My Father expired due to Covid 2nd wave leaving behind the 1.5acers of agricultural land, a small plot in the rural area as only the assets, meanwhile a few friends of my father stating they have my father's cheque and my father's owe a lot of money! but as my father doesn't have any loans as intent to give his retirement I took a loan of a huge amount with my mother house security and cleared it all just 2months before expired. neither of us not sure about the transaction to whom the amount has been adjusted etc. now the father's friends sent the lawyer notice of money recovery of around 30L. I would like to know how I can defend myself in a court of law, and if in the worst case how the property value is estimated while calculating the inherited property? If the property value given by courts is affordable to me can I pay and take the property as purchased as my father's memory? If I take to like this will any other cheque bounce case effetc this property again?

hello this is not possible for them to attach the property unless they know complete details of the property. So you need to be cautious now and get the katha in your name ASAP or else it might simply rise a lot of problems. so contact me for further discussion.

Hi,My wife has filed domestic violence case against me and now the cross examination is in progress. She is making n numbers of excuses and evading the cross examination. Now since I am fighting my case on merits, I want to wind up the case at the earliest as its running since last 4 years.
