Divorce on notary paper , what is the pros n cos of divorce on notary

My friend(she) applied for divorce ,saying her husband is cruel behaviour n alcohol addict.ow its already in court but now they want it to be notarized and they are going to withdraw petition.can notary will be considered as divorce ,what is pros n cos of making divorce on notary
No, notary for divorce does not have any legal value and may rise further consequences in future when getting second marriage or registering or documents so follow the divorce law procedure and clear it in court dissolving the marriage

sorry to tell you, please do not notarize it is not valid , better the husband and wife get a divorce decree in court by compromising it in court, the notary divorce is not valid if they are Hindus they have compulsorily take a divorce decree from the court, hence strictly advised to take divorce from court and not to go for notary etc.
