Divirce on mutual bases..problems with in laws and husband....

mutually divorce can be taken for this affidavit to be filled by both parties together and mentione that cannot live further after which court fix the date of six months after completion of which divorce can be granted.

mutual divorce is when both the parties are agreed to get divorce if your husband is giving consent then together you two can file a divorce but as per your query I would suggest if you go for a mediation in High court or a good counseling for further details do contact us.
