Divorce on medical ground - mental disorder

Married 14.5 yrs, wife's parents hidden her mental disorder problems (schizophrenia) and infection at secret part. We visited multiple private doctors, Her mental problem increasing.. We have 2 childs of 12 and 3.5 yrs. She is not taking proper care of me and my old age mother. Even she is least bother in care of childrens health and education. I have to manage family. How will prove in court? Not able to pay out settlement amount If take divorce. We want childs custody. What is the way out?

if you have medical report of her treatment then you can enclosed that report to plaint while filing a divorce cass and under section 13(1) of HMA It is a ground for divorce if she or her family hide about her disease. You can read section 13 of Hindu marriage act in google also. For child custody , there is so many thing to discuss how can i give you advice because i dont know exact things of your case.
