Divorce needed from egotistic wife who is making my life miserable

I need a divorce from .y wife. She is very egotistic. We fight on daily basis on small issues. My mental health is detoriating due to this and able to focus on my work. The biggest issue she does not care about my feelings. She does all those things which can hurt me

Mr. client, I have seen your query carefully and found that you want to get rid from the relationship with your wife by way of getting decree of divorce. In this case you can first of all sit with your wife and give a proposal for filing divorce on the basis of mutual consent after settlement of all the issues regarding maintenance, child custody and alimony etc. in this process you can take help of your other family members and common friends. if your wife still not ready for divorce then you can file divorce petition under Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act.
