Maine ek ldki se arya samaj shadi ki. Hum dono ne mrji se shadi ki.. Pr jb uske ghr pta chla to bahut kuch hua uske ghr.. Fr usneghr walo k kahne pr mjhpr dhoke se shadi ka arop lgaya hai.. Jbki shadi dono ki mrji ss hui.. Aaj hum dono chup chup rote h.. Usko ghr me hi Rkha hua hai unhone.. Usne mjhe chupchap itni baat bta di ki 20September me court aa jana.. Mai case wapas le lungi.. Mjhe btao plz koi 420 me wo kya kya kr skte h mjhpr..???? Hum bs kbi kbi hi mile.. Shadi k baad b ek br hi mile.. Mai shadi bachana chahta hu.. Aur mne koi dhoka ni dia.. Mere pass shadi ka certificate, court registration ni ho paya h lkn, kai photo, uski facebook chat, call recording, sb hai.. 3 gawaah bhi hai.. Vdo b hai.. Jisme wo haste hue shadi kr rhi h shadi k samay mjhse.. Meri shadi bchalo plz koi.. Uski meri age 23-25 hai.. Dono thakur(hindu) hai. Shadi march2017 me hui
Kya unhone apke khilaaf police me report ki ha. Ya phir court ke dwara 420 ki complaint file ki ha. Ye bat thodi alag si lag rahi ha. Phir bhi apse kahta hu ki unke kahne se direct court me na jaye. Apne kisi advocate k dwara pure case ka jayja le uske bad hi unko bataye. Jyada jankari k liye call kare

Is this a divorce matter or marriage saving plea? If you both wanted to marry then no one can separate you. But it is always better to try and convince the families. If they don't agree then you need girl consent to save your marriage. No one can legally separate you if you both are above 18 yrs of age.
