Is there any criminal advocate who can file criminal case against wife & help me to get justice. Whatever fees I ready to pay

Hello Good Evening, Yes you can file criminal case against the wife. if your wife doing mental physical and financial cruelty against you then you have the right to file criminal case against your wife.

If your wife has filed false criminal case against you and your family such as the one under section 498 of penal code then you'll have to contest it before the court. If you have been cheated by your wife and in laws by suppressing any fact before marriage then you too may file case against her
