Which criminal cases Husband can file against wife so there is chance to wife will be arrested?

if your wife and inlaws tortured and beaten than you can file complaint before the magistrate directly and second option is you can file the civil suit also for the compensation. in first option you can put into the jail of your inlaws and wife also by majistrate complaint

To file a case there must be an offences done by your wife,if you try to do any false case then police can register FIR against you only for proving misleading information. All offences which are non-bailable are the ones where a person can be arrested by police. You need to hire expert advocate for all your legalities Plz b in touch

Depends on circumstances of the situation. Multiple provisions can be invoked against the wife and other family members of the wife in case she is actually harassing and torturing the husband and his family members. Since such trends are on a rise, FIR’s can be quashed and proceedings can be stayed.

If the wife has inflicted any cruelty that is recognized by courts, then the husband can file a case against his wife. Just like police may arrest or court may order for arrest of a person for any criminal action, then in the same manner, wife will be treated as an individual.

you can file a case of fraud and cheating against your wife if she had done anything fraud with you. In that case you can file a criminal complaint against her. You should hire a advocate if you want more consultancy regarding this matter
