Divorce looking for relief , please help me regarding

Need to go for abroad for employment ,looking for immediate divorce but wife is not agreeing please help me and I don't want to continue my matrimonial relationship suggest me , once I. Reach I couldn't back for next three to four years . So looking for early divorce kindly help or advice me
if mutually both agreed divorce can be get early otherwise you have to wait for sometime based on your case , meantime you can file divorce and can get matter referred to mediation and try to convince you wife or give SPA to any of your family member and contest the case bit if any other cases pending it might affect you.

You just go to abroad. You may not get divorce immediately in India. It takes much time but some advocates may promise you to get it within short period. You should not disclose your depature otherwise your may take court orders to seize your passport. Let her file any case, it is very difficult to serve the notice on you.
