Sir, I want separate with a widow woman, i am staying with her and her child since last 8 year, I added in my service record as wife and adopted children ,now the children is studying in class 10 in my name as a father ..Now I want leave her
Dear Client,
If, there has not been any marriage between you and such widow woman ,then you may get married with another woman. whereas , you will have to change the legal heir from your service book on record, if you do not want to continue as a father of her children.
