Hi. I'm anushree. .can u please help me answering ...in one week ..judgement ..husband was absent and irregular for case . .know he came and asked for medation ...I have put this case. For divorce ...I'm not interested in mediation ..but lowyer agreed ...I have to escape from mediation ..or is that good ..I have two kids ...I'm confused ...I not like him ..if mediation done is divorce values ...or withdraw means. .pls explain me
Hi....if case is referred for mediation then both the party have to appear before the mediation and both the part can give their own statement and any one of the party is not ready for settlement then case will be refey back to court and both the party have to lead evidence to prove their case.
