10-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am suffering from mental torchure of my wife. My wife is always abusing me and my parents. I wants to get rid of this. Please suggest legal option.
You and your wife can file for divorce by mutual consent. In this option you and your wife should both agree that you both want a divorce.
Or if your wife is not agreeing for divorce by mutual consent, You can file for divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty and harassment in the concerned Family Court.
