You and your wife can file for divorce by mutual consent. In this option you and your wife should both agree that you both want a divorce. Or if your wife is not agreeing for divorce by mutual consent, You can file for divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty and harassment in the concerned Family Court.

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to file a divorce petition under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act on the ground of cruelty. This should be followed by an intallah peshbandi application to the concerned DCP

Hello sir. I have perused your query. You can always apply for divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty. However, there are certain parameters on which such a ground will apply. Please feel free to reach out to me in case you wish to discuss the matter in more detail.
