Divorce In Mutual Consent

Sir please reply what is the charges for divorce in mutual consent and also the time it will take . I have a child of three years and my husband has no problem of giving her custody to me.
It usually takes 6 to 8 months depend upon the courtwhich hears the matter after filing of mutual consent divorce the court will give a date after six months that can be advanced to India date by firing in advance application. And filing application for cooling off period Later it will be sent for mediation and after the mediation report the court will give a degree of diverse accordingly

Madam, both of you agreed to go for mutual consent divorce, then you will get divorce within six months. if court permits to wave off cooling period, the easy to get divorce within a week or a month. the cost around Rs.25k to 50k. it depends on lawyer.
