Divorce in less than year marriage

If we both mutually agreed for divorce then maintenance amount is mandatory or not...both of us are working and equally earning.hindu marriage

as i can see your querry it need to be clarrifolied from you tht as per law you are not allowed for divorce before the period of 1 year is over. secondly before one year of you want to seperate then there is a proceed which needs to be follweed as per law. if you want to seperate mutually then you can follow the lefal remedy for seperation as per different law. other then divotce act under hindu marriage act.
