Divorce in how many days due to abuse by in laws husband

I got married 2 months back but I am not living with him since last 1.5 month as he and his family abuses me ..I want divorce now how can it be done
you have to wait for 1 year to get divorce as it is the statutory period when no petition can be filed. There is a way when you can file your divorce with one year of marriage for that you need further consultation.
