Divorce in australia is valid in India

me and my husband are pr in australia. if we get divorce in aus., is there any need to file divorce case in india. secondly my husbands property is in india. what i have to do so that he cant sale his property.
Yes you can file for divorce in India yes you can file case you can file injunction against him along with application of stay so that your husband cannot sale his property that is the only solution for you

There is no such rule or law that you have to file divorce petition in India only. You may also exercise option to file divorce petition in Australia, or where ever you are living.

Well if its about divorce you can file that in Aus but you need to check if Aus decree is valid and enforceable in India which in many cases is valid and till its abt Prop dispute that you have to file in India according to law of india and for ref you should just file for divorce in India as a indian citizen Aus will enforce the same in the country
