Marriage for 1 month lasted wife ranaway want divorce want to file a case where I should not having any relation with her and I can get marry to new girl there has been no contact with wife after the 2 day of marriage

okay I understand your question yes if you want divorce you will file it in court once marriage isbover you have to take divorce then you will get new marriage so some requuired information you have yo submit court and take advocate and filenit divorce case if you need any legal help contact me thank you

you will get a divorce from court if you are able to prove the above fat after running away within days after marriage. but still the divorce will take some time and all the stages and procedures required to be followed.
