Divorce - hand summons rejected

Hi Sir/Mam
I have applied for divorce in Bangalore family court in the year 2018 (November).
She didnt appear for any hearing till now and I am supposed to serve her hand summons.
I personally went to her work place and tried to hand over the summons to her. She rejected the summons. will the court order for notice affixture? How long does it take now for me to get my divorce granted as she is not appearing for any of the hearings and rejecting the summons?
Kindly suggest what is to be done from my end to move the case on fast track and get the dispute settled.

yes you can mention as rejected on it and submit that to court alongwith affidavit but the court has descretion to accept it, so you have mentioned in detail and have to convince the court, take advice of your counsel before proceeding.

File an affidavit stating that she had refused to receive summons and sought for alternative mode of service by papaer publication on this ground.
After this the court may proceed wit your case by placing her exparte. Request you advocate to do avoce. Not need to move to Fast track court.
