Divorce given by court now how can i cancel the divorce decree

We had divorce one month before,now we both dissolve this divorce decree, because our child8yrs baby suffered ,she is can't live be without us ,she was sick to member every time papaa..papaa father sickness.come come hoeme,come home.I can't tolerate this .I want seem to her happily .so we both me & my wife decided for atleast for our baby .she ll not suffer mentally.so we have to live togethely under one roof.so plz what is procedure to how dissolve decree of divorce

Very simple. You people can marry again after 90 days pass from date of decree,if it's contested divorce. If you guys have taken divorce by mutual consent then there is no waiting period. You guys can marry whenever you plan to. No law can stop you guys from marrying again. Go ahead and get back together without any problems...!!!

Dear client, after 90 days from the date of passing the decree, you can again get remarry just in a temple, you can relive- reunite, don't worry, but think once again before starting new innings.. Your child is a bless for you..

The best way is to marry again and make your marriage register with registrar/ tehsildar office of your district showing your current status of marriage . One you remarry and get your marriage registered you will be lawful husband and wife again.

First of all I am really very Happy to answer your query you decided to join a heaven of matrimonial life again , GOD Bless you and your married life .,., If you mutually filed a petition for Divorce than it cant be dissolved , you have to perform marriage again .,, and have to perform all rituals.,.,

dear client, you have two options to desolve degree of divorce. first go to temple with relatives and perform marriage again. second go to high court to appellate authority and cancel decree of divorce mutually.
