Divorce from Husband in a simple way

Is it possible to get a divorce from husband when he is not willing to give in a Hindu Religion. If yes, what is the procedure and duration with minimal expense.

Firstly I suggest to don't hurry and seek divorce, try to reconcile with him and if it is highly impossible then you can file divorce for cruelty, adultery and desertion etc! Also whther you are residinb with him or seperate

Your question is not clear. On the ground of non cooperation to give up relegion is not a ground for divorce. On the ground of cruelty you can get divorce but you must have evidence for that. Lodge complaint with police and bring pressure and get divorce with huge alimony.

yes u can file a divorce petition under section 13 of the hindu marriage act there are certain circumstances and occassion on which divorce can be obtained like infidelity, harassment, dowry demand, impotency, vegetative disease if one can prove the reasons for divorce then court will grant u divorce
