Divorce for my daughter who is staying in USA


26-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Both are stayin in USA. Took divorce there. Is it compulsory here to take divorce? Marriage registered in Bangalore.

If the marriage is registered both the parties are not willing to stay together they have to go for a divorce procedure approach the court both the parties should be present they can go through the mutual consent it is compulsory they should get the divorce so they can proceed

No, if both surrendered before abroad court and take divorce then it is valid. If it is exparte then it is not valid in India. Indian Hindu Marriage Act is not known to abroad courts.
