Divorce Filed In Family Court Without Hire Advocate

Groom and his family did not inform us about his kidney transplant disease which he has even before his marriage. Married on 30th Nov. 2016 and his kidney was transplant on 20 jan 2014. Groom both kidneys were damaged and his mother gave him her one kidney. Now again his kidney was not works. Ladke waalo ne pehle ghar ka juth bola ki ghar ladke ka hai aur ladke ki sis aur unke bache saath rehte hai. Phir ladki waalo ko pta chla ki ghar ladke ki sis ka hai. Aur ab itna bda dhokhe ka pta chla ki ladke ki dono kidney uski marriage se pehle khatam ho gyi thi aur ladke ki mother ne apni ek kidney di thi. Ladki waalo se rishta krte hue nahi btaya. Ladki itna bda dhokha milne ke baad ladke ke saath nahi rehna chahti aur apne ghar aa gyi hai. Ladki waale divorce lena chahte hai but ladke waale itna dhokha dene ke baad bhi ego mein hai aur ladka kehta jab tak mein theek ni ho jata mein divorce nahi dunga. Can I take divorce based on that concealment? I have no source of income for hier advocate
Yes ma'am, you can ask for divorce and the consent of your husband is not at all mandatory. As the marriage is voidable and did not comply with the standards of law laid down in the Hindu marriage act as per section 5. You can ask for divorce on the same ground. Your husband is bound not only to pay you maintenance but also to bear all legal expenses
