Divorce filed by elder brother in the year 2016

Wife of my elder brother does not want to stay with my family and brother is the only son and parents are 60+. Divorce Case filed in bareilly after that she filed so many cases and started getting benefits although she is working but we can't prove that. Now she put petition in Supreme Court to transfer case in her home town. After so much of effort case came to the fast forward mode also. Is there anything we can do to stop? My father is the eye witness and he can not go every week.
as you are saying that the cases are pending in Bareilly court, yon can file a case in high court for stay of those proceedings other than divorce case. also for transferring of cases you can appear in supreme court and contest the same.

You must respond to the transfer application in Supreme Court and state your version before the court. Maybe the Supreme Court agrees to what you have to say. However there is possibility that Supreme Court may transfer the case to her hometown, but still you must oppose the transfer applcation in Supreme Court.
