Divorce due to wife with a govt job

30-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Wife's got a state govt job in a tier 3 city and I am from a metro city. I had agreed to relocate to her city and try to find a job there leaving my parents after marriage. I did that for 2 years however the job situation is very bad and am not able to find sustainable employment in that city. My parents health is also deteriorating and would now like to move back to my original place. My wife does not agree to this and is forcing me to work with substandard pay in her city. We are both 39 and my financial situation is very weak. She however is financially stable. I am trying to find a career opportunity in another city. Pls help with divorce options.

These are not so bold situations to take divorce as matter is only of understanding each other. But if things are out of your hand then you can talk to her and should close the topic on mutual terms. As it will save wastage of time and money.

hi

in this case you can send legal notice to your wife for divorce through advocate

in the said notice you can demand mutual consent divorce to peacefully resolve the dispute otherwise you can go for contesting divorce petition before the family court
