My son married a girl 5 years ago and they have one son. He is working in a private company . Now my daughter in law is asking divorce because he does not have a good salary . Now wants to live independently with her parents along with his son . She wants to take away all his belongings, ornaments etc. We have a house which is in my name and it was built with my own earnings, she demanding that house and she don't want to give their child to my son . and daughter in law and my son both together took flat in loan with downpayment of 20lakh and rest 50L iagreed to pay in emi quaterly, she demanding flat and more money, she is abusing us with very bad words with no reason, saying she will commit suicide writing our names on a list for mental torture , He really wants a child and relief from his wife's daily mental torture. As far as dowry is concerned, we have not taken a single rupee from her family, although my son provided some financial support during their marriage. What can we do ?

Dear Sir, Your daughter in law may not get any Divorce since she is not having sufficient grounds. Not to hurry .Let her file Divorce petition. You ask your son to file permanent child custody case. Thus the lietion goes for 4 to 5 years and allost she will be frustrated and come to your terms.
