when the case transferring between state to state then supreme court have the power of transfer of case. In your case lucknow belongs to Uttar pradesh and the bokaro steel city belongs to Jharkhand state.
and the cost of supreme court is very high.

a transfer application will be filed for this so it will take approximately 10 to 15 days ..... and the cost will be 10,000 ....
it will be transferred for sure ... and when the application will be filed then you need not to go at Lucknow for appearing on the dates ...
