Divorce case on the grounds of wife's unsoundness of mind

How long should it take to grant a divorce in such case? Husband was unaware of wife's medical condition before marriage. He was tricked into it by relatives. now the case is undergoing in jaunpur family court under various disputes, but neither the lawyers appointed for the case are able to give any positive results nor the girl's family is agreeing for mutual consent. What should be done in such cases and how long it might take as it's getting too late for the guy to remarry.
In such cases you need to keep patience for proper adjudication of the case by the Hon'ble Family Court. Time period is not provided for granting divorce. As per your version the second half is of unsound mind then how she being able to defend herself in the Court.

The issue of the unsound Ness of the girl should have been raised within one year of marriage. Now it is no possible to take divorce on this ground alone. But you may include some other grounds such as cruelty and desertion supported by some evidence to get Divorce
