Hello Madam,
Aapke Bete ki ye problem aapki bahu ko pta tha ye bat aapko kab pta Chali? Aapke Bete ka handicap certificate bna he? Aapke Bete ke koi aulad he? Aap case file kar Sakti he Lekin aapko apni bahu ko divorce me paisa Dena hoga.

I am writing this reply in hindi to make you clearly understand.
Aapki problem mujhe jitni samjh aayi hai, uske hisaab se aapke bete ka divorce case chal raha hai. Aapke bete ne case file kiya hai. uski wife de nahi rahi hai. isme aapko valid reason chahiye divorce lene ke liye.
Lekin aap apne bete ko jo batana chahte hain uske liye medical report lagegi. Isliye aisa kuch mat report karna jo aap saabit na kar pao. agar woh mentally under developed hai to marriage null and void ho sakti hai but ye ladki reason bana sakti hai aap kaise banaege? Court poochega agar aapka beta mentally fit nahi tha to aapne kyun shaadi ki uski. Ulta aap pe case na ho jaye. Property ke liye shaadi ka reason prove karna hoga and sabko usse jaan ka khatra hai ye bhi saabit karna hoga.
