Divorce case is going on nothing done yet. Need some guidance regardi

Regarding my case. It's been 3 years no maintainance nothing. I had a tumor and my husband left me. Now I m not able to work and still nothing is done in court. Don't understand this law. For 3 years no help from law. The guy is working living his life abroad and girl keep suffering here. I think there is no law in this country.
