Sir police regeatered fir with 498 and lyer added 377 but it is not mentioned in chargesheet so could it be proved in court??nShe had not done any medical, she refused to do anal medical so after all this 377 is still alive without test
offence under section 377 cannot be proved against the husband and otherwise without medical test none can prove the offence of 377 against any person definitely it may be a false or fabricated allegations labelled against the husband this is why no medical test is there for further legal assistance feel free to contact me
