Divorce case dragging for years and husband is not paying a penny

My husband wanted a divorce I went for mutual, but even before the hearing happened he disobeyed all the mutual understandings. Then his behaviour compeled me to lodge an FIR then a mat suit and a maintenance case. He and his lawyers rarely visit the court and its been three years I have been going to the court but there is no proceeding. One fine day when out of frustration I spoke to the judge for justice. My own lawyer who turns out to be husband's lawyers friends misbehaved with me. and shouted at me as to why I spoke to the judge. He is least interested to continue with my case. My husband never pays a penny, for my daughter and infact calls me a beggar. Please Please help me and suggest what to do.

as you have filed for 125CrPC and you are not getting any maintainance you have to prove in court that since so many years have been but then also you are not getting maintainance by your husband.....

you must choose a lawyer who will be genuine and honest and i am proud of you that you spoke to the judge there is no bar in speaking to a judge by taking due permission and for your information youbshould not have filed a divorce proceeding and seeked maintenance its a wrong step you took
