Divorce by mutual consent. Me and my husband want the divorce mutually

Sir/Madam
Me and my husband applied for divorce by mutual consent .
We got married on 19th April 2018.
From December 1st 2018.
But my husband's lawyer has mentioned in petition that we have separated from 21st April 2018 itself I.e. right after two days from our marriage.
I just want to know is this mentioning of seperation date is correct ?
And one thing more I asked my lawyer to send me the petition file at my home so that I can read that thoroughly before signing it but she declined to send...and said she can't give the file for home .
Sir is this correct or not ?
Please clarify me about this two questions i really want help .

one year separation is must for filling mutual concent divorce under Hindu Marriage Act. your advocate must give you draft copy of pention before signing. you should also make a MOU between You and your Husband before signing mutual concent divorce petition.
