Divorce by mutual consent and remarriage thereafter

I have recently applied for divorce by mutual consent with my husband,and as per the lawyer,the divorce will be granted within Dec'19.My question is that when can I lawfully re-marry after my divorce?Can I remarry within the next month or so?
Both parties will marry after lapse of appeal period i.e., 90 days from the date of divorce decree,Â
Mutual consent divorce takes 6 months time. And cooling period for mutual consent divorce is 6 months.
And the 6th months cooling period can be waived .The waiver application can be filed one week after the first motion giving reasons for the prayer for waiver.
the waiver of the waiting period for the second motion will be in the discretion of the concerned Court.

The forst question i have to you is on which date the mutual divorce has been filed and which date is the final hearing, thereafter the day the decree is passed, from that day on the 91st day you can remarry under special marriage act
