Hi,
I am trying to get Mutual divorce & my wife's family is on a doubt that I may marry an another girl after divorce. So but I refused their statements. But they are asking me some proof for that in writing.
My Question is:
1. How Can i provide a valid proof for that.
2. Will that proof be a sufficient document for doing to so
3. What are the drawbacks if I provide a proof for that.

According to this issue after getting divorce by mutual consent, nobody has the right to ask about your future life, it's your decision whether you marry some other girl or not... no need to give any proofs or documents ...

after mutual consent another party not to marry condition to get a mutual consent in future a party would not it isn't it marry another person it is Ansari ethics you can approach the proper form for if your wife is not willing to give me chal consent
