Hi, because of family issues my wife wants to take Divorce from me.
We have a kid of 4yrs which she has asked me to take care as she dont want to take his responsibility alone.
Please advise on the process.

You cannot forcibly give the child to your wife. You may avoid paying any alimony or any maintenance towards her maintenance. You may also ask some amount from your wife towards your child if she is employed. It seems she is getting married soon after divorce.

Hi,you can take divorce and u can take formal custody of your kid. Because now she don’t want but later she can ask for kid custody that time you may not want to give it to her. And all terms and conditions should be decided before divorce only.
