my husband send me divorce notice but he is not ready to give me allumnie...he made some proofs regards that me have affair with another person so he is not ready to give me maintenance...I have baby of 7 years.
Send him reply at the earliest and put your side of true & correct facts. Challenge his proofs if you can. In any case he is bound to give maintenance for both of you. You can send reply yourself by registered post or by your Advocate.

you need. to file an aplication for maintenance on monthly basis and u can claim it from him initially and you need attend the court for that purpose you will definately get alimony according to the law for yourself and your child
