Divorce and claiming of maintainance

I want to get legally separated from my husband but he is denying to take any kind of responsibility of me or my children and not willing to pay any maintenance. He is a govt officer . Could you please guide what can I do to get this sorted

Being the Husband and the Father of the children, he has to maintain you and the children. The maintenance includes from fooding lodging to education and health. Even if you are separated from him you can still claim maintenance for your children.

Madam, you have to file 2 cases. One case for divorce to get separated. The second case is for maintenance. Even if your husband is not willing to pay maintenance under court order he is bound to pay maintenance or go to jail. I suggest you to file the 2 cases for maintenance and divorce.
