Divorce And child custody ,divorce and child custody

I m a hindu male Married for 8 years,having a son of 5years 4 months ,wife is continuously harrasing by rude behavior and depriving of physical relation since marriage,no physical relation since one year,now She took child to her home,she is not ready to reconcile,asks for child and property,should I file divorce from my side,what about custody as child's school has started and he is losing classes,how much time does court takes to grant custody apart from divorce,also wife not agreeing for mutual divorce.plz guide

ji han aap divorce ka case file kar sakte hain apni taraf se ismein aapki patni ki sahmati hi koi avashyakta nahin hogi yadi vah divorce ke liye agri nahin hai to bhi court case ki merit ke Aadhar per aapke divorce ka nistaaran kar sakti hai aur aapka divorce bhi ho sakta hai

(1) U should approach in sec 13 of hindu merriage act for divorce in this case court take 1 to 2 year for deciding ur case. (2) about ur child custody u should file a custodial suit in court According to law when a son or boy more than 5 year the custody given to his father time about 6 to 8 month
