Firstly please don't think of suicide I request you. It's not an option you have to be strong. Trust me you shouldn't end your beautiful life. Think of the people who care for you and who have always been there for you. Now as far as the legal opinion is of question I suggest you leave the house if the harassement continues along with your child. How old is she? Do you want to proceed with the domestic violence complaint? You can send a notice of divorce. All though i would advise try for mutual divorce it's easier. But before doing any of that leave the house with the child and file an application for custody of child with interim application before Family Court and then immediately file for divorce after getting interim and/or ad interim custody. As you say you have quit your job.Do you want to claim maintenance? There are a lot of questions which you need to tell me so I can advise you in a better way.
